Laws Regarding Dogs in a Grocery Store

Fine-tune the Federal Service Dog Laws!
As the laws stand now,
anyone can and many do say,
"Yes little Fofo is my service Dog or cat!"
And
"The law does not require proof of this!"

Places like
Lowes,
Home Depot
and
ACE Hardware
should allow controlled pets.

Remember, your child, grand child and/or food rests on that seat!
Dogs and Cats can make a Pee-Pee
and the poop-poop,
in that carriage

Your new clothing, food and drinks
sit in the same cart
 that dogs and cats occupied
time and time again everyday.

How many times do any store clean their carriages?

Wall*mart
Needs To
Enforce
Animal Policy
There was a woman there with a dog without a legal right (state law) to have the dog in a store where they serve food. The assistant mgr. I talked to said "it was Wal-Mart co. policy to let all people with dogs enter the store even without the required vests on the dogs that state law requires." Wal-Mart are you going to still break state laws and put your customers at health risks for profits only?

Laws Regarding Dogs in a Grocery Store
Federal law exempts service animals from the rules prohibiting dogs in grocery stores, but as a business owner, you're limited in the things you can do to verify that a dog is a service animal. If you deny access to someone with a service dog, you could face a lawsuit for violating tenets of the Americans With Disabilities Act.
