Not that there could
be anyone in this country,
like it or not,
that does not know that we lost
another of our
unarmed peace loving,
hero's on April 4, 1968.
However, just in
case.

I did not have the
privilege of walking with or meeting this giant of the 'Civil Right Movement'
or
even meet with any of the other marchers.
My heart was with
them all while
my body was on a ship
making sure that they
and
all of the free
world
stayed free.
While it is true
that
The Socialist
Republic of Vietnam
is still governed by
the Communist Party.
Vietnam is a
Socialist Communist Country.
South Vietnam
:
was backed by
anti-communist countries and members of the South East Asia Treaty Organization
(SEATO) which included the United States, South Korea, Australia, the
Philippines, New Zealand, Thailand, Khmer Republic (later overthrown by Khmer
Rouge), Kingdom of Laos and Republic of China (Taiwan).
North
Vietnam:
was backed by the
communist allies which included People’s Republic of China, Soviet Union,
Pathet Lao (Laotian Communist insurgents), Khmer Rouge (Cambodian
Communist insurgents) and North Korea.
