One
would think 'NOTHING'
However,
this all depends on how one looks at it?
As you
all well know I will never say anything even remotely bad about our heroes, not
just war but all of our heroes.
Being at
the wrong end of a weapon will be with you for the rest of your life, been
there done that!
Still
one can only wish for, because I am sure that this hero has done something else
that the public can also be proud of?
Maybe we
should think of what our hero would like to be remembered for?
We might
be surprised to find out that most do not wish to remember at all, at least not
for the reason in question.
Not the
case for anyone even remotely connected with the Ku Klux Klan or the real
reason why this country had to go through the worse disaster in our history!
In my
past are family members died or lived through many wars and the civil war is no
exception.

Are Sick Of Their Local High School Being Named After a KKK Grand Wizard
This KKK
members controversial assault on the Union-held Fort Pillow in 1864; and his
post-war involvement with the first incarnation of the Ku Klux Klan is as it
should be his only legacy.
This was
not a war between the states, there are no heroes in the Ku Klux Klan!
The Ku
Klux Klan was, is, and will always be made up of a pack of dreaming of a past,
bullies just to lazy to do their own bidding!
This is
not a time for making it into any game every single summer, as is done dozens
of times in southern states!
Folks,
you lost your war for no reason other then you should never had gone to war in
the first place.
Because
you were and still are wrong!
So get
over it!
The
South went to war to protect what they saw as their right to have human slaves,
period!
Is this
really what our country wants as our heroes?
